Corporate History

Ansira formerly NSI Marketing Services is a privately held marketing and advertising company with co-headquarters in Downtown St. Louis and Dallas. NSI Marketing Services, which had been functioning in the industry since 1919, acquired Razor and rebranded itself as Ansira in 2011 after NSI and Razor merged.

Founded in 1919 NSI rebranded itself as Ansira in 2011.

From 2000 to 2011 the company grew from 50 employees to 450 and expanded from one to eight offices. A major factor in that grow was the 2009 acquisition of CoAMS, Inc., established in 1982, which had more than 100 employees and a client roster of more than 50 Fortune 1000 companies.

In 2011, NSI acquired Razor, a marketing strategy and customer engagement agency based in Dallas.

In 2012, KRG Capital, a Denver-based private equity firm made an investment in Ansira.

In October 2015, Ansira acquired SQ1, a digital marketing and analytics agency based in Dallas for about $55 million. Ansira was ranked as a Strong Performer in the Q4 Forrester Wave report of Consumer Insight Services in July 2015.

In 2016, Martin Reidy, who joined Ansira in 2014 as president, became Chairman and CEO replacing Mark Mantovani who had held the position since 2000.
